ZANU PF-affiliated pastor Obadiah Musindo was allegedly swindled of his shares in a security company by a business partner and senior staffer at Destiny for Afrika Network (Danet).
Musindo and Wilson Masokovere co-founded Boltspeed security services in 2018, but their relationship has since gone sour.
The matter came to light after Musindo filed a complaint (case number IRB 101121) with the police’s anti-corruption unit against Masokovere who is also a Danet provincial chairperson.
According to documents at hand, Masokovere removed his boss from the company structures by allegedly forging his signature and replacing him with his friend, Temba Sauramba.
“I appointed Masokovere as one of the directors and Dzingirai Munangi, but I did not allocate any shares to any of them.
“During the month of October 2021, I discovered that the accused persons had tampered with my company documents for Boltspeed Security Services,” reads in part the complaint lodged with the police.
“I noticed that I was removed as the director of the company in May 2018 barely three months after its inception.

Masokovere also faces allegations of stopping an audit of Danet projects in Manicaland amid allegations of embezzling funds.
The matter is in court.
Masokovere and Sauramba were suspended for allegedly frustrating the audit by unleashing violence on auditors.
According to police records, Masokovere changed the address of the security company before giving himself and Sauramba a 49% stake. Munangi is the minority shareholder with just 2%.
Boltspeed Security Services is a subsidiary of Bolt Speed Contractors.
Its directors are Musindo, his daughter, Glorious, Masokovere, Gerald Mabika and Sauramba.
Danet was established in 2003 to initiate housing projects.
